How you send files
After checkout, we email file-handoff instructions to the address on your order, referencing your order number. Attach your files to that email, or use the pre-filled email link on your confirmation page.
How you receive them
Your finished translation is delivered by email in the format agreed at checkout — typically the same file type you sent, unless you've asked for something specific (a formatted PDF, an SRT file, a DTP-matched layout).
Our quality process
- Translate A qualified linguist translates the source into the target language.
- Independently revise A second linguist checks the translation against the source.

Your documents stay confidential. We can sign an NDA on request, our linguists work under confidentiality terms as standard, processing is EU-based, and client documents are never used to train AI models.
