FAQ
We attach a signed statement confirming the translation is a complete and accurate rendering of the source document, along with our certification stamp — the standard format accepted for most administrative and educational submissions in Ireland and the EU.
Acceptance is decided by the receiving institution, not by us. If it’s rejected specifically on linguistic grounds, we re-translate it free of charge.
Contact us with the rejection notice within 14 days of delivery and, where the rejection is on linguistic grounds, we’ll re-translate it at no cost.
Yes — add notarisation or DFA apostille handling as an add-on at checkout, or in the estimator before you pay.
You don’t need to send the physical original — a clear scan or photo of every page is enough. After you order, we’ll email you instructions for sending the file.
“I needed my qualification documents translated and certified before a strict application deadline, and I’d never ordered a translation before. I could see the price and the turnaround before I paid, the certified translation arrived a day ahead of schedule, and it was accepted without a query.”
